Application procedure
Students should send a motivation letter and a transcript of records* to the Erasmus+ Office by
Autumn term | : | 30th June |
Spring term | : | 30th November |
*scanned copy is accepted
Upon acceptance
- The student will elaborate on the learning / training agreement with the programme coordinator.
- The International/Erasmus Office of the sending institution should verify that the student is an Erasmus Exchange Student.
Insurance
All incoming students should have Health Insurance. Students from a member state of the European Union, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, can hold the European Health Insurance Card which is a free card that gives access to medically necessary, state-provided healthcare.
In the case of Student mobility for Placement, students should also have:
- Liability Insurance Coverage
- Accident Insurance Coverage
VISA
Depending on their nationality, incoming students need/do not need a visa.

Accommodation
No accomodation at our premises can be guaranteed at the time being. However, the Erasmus+ Office can help incoming stundents find accommodation in the private sector.
